How long does delivery take? 3-5 working days across Pakistan. Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually faster. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy? 14-day return policy on all orders. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Are the water bottles BPA-free? Yes. All bottles are 100% BPA-free, food-grade 304 stainless steel — safe for daily use with hot and cold beverages.

How do I clean a stainless steel water bottle? Warm water and mild dish soap after every use. Use a bottle brush for thorough cleaning. Dry fully with the lid off before storing. Hand wash only — dishwashers can affect the vacuum seal over time.
